How to Update Certifications


Step 1 — Open the Menu

Click the Menu button in the top-left corner of the screen.


Step 2 — Open the Documents Section

This is where your certifications and other uploaded documents are stored.


Step 3 — Select the Certification

In the Documents section, find the certification you want to update and click the document.

Opening the document will display the available options:

  • Update – Upload a new version of the certification

  • Delete – Remove the certification from your profile


Step 4 — Click Update

Click the Update button to upload the newest version of your certification.


Step 5 — Utility Review

If the certification was previously approved, the updated document will automatically be presented to the utility for review.
